The existing Frank D. Moates Elementary school is being replaced with a new, modern campus to better serve the community’s growing needs. The project involves a full demolition and rebuild, with careful consideration of site constraints and ongoing operations during construction. Multiple site plan and layout options are being evaluated to determine the most effective phasing approach—balancing safety, accessibility, and minimal disruption—while delivering a state-of-the-art learning environment for future generations.
